About Mama Chef
Meet Stacey Webster - aka Mama Chef
Stacey Webster is the heart and hands behind Bring Me Beignets - a classically trained caterer, devoted wife and proud mother of three boys, and the joyful creator of a recipe that brings smiles with every bite. Known affectionately as Mama Chef, Stacey has spent over a decade perfecting her beignets: warm, light, golden pillows of dough, dusted in powdered sugar and made to be shared.
A catering professional with training from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Napa, California, Stacey has built a career in catering and hospitality, crafting unforgettable meals for events and celebrations big and small. But her passion has always been rooted in comforting food that connects people. Over 10 years ago, she began making beignets for family gatherings, school fundraisers, and neighborhood brunches. The response was always the same: “You should sell these.” So she finally listened.
Born and raised in Arizona, Stacey has called Los Angeles home for over 30 years. Here, with the love and support of her husband, Keith, she raised her sons, built her business, and now, through Bring Me Beignets, shares her love for French-inspired pastry with the community that supported her through the years. Her vision is simple: to bring a little magic and elegance to everyday comfort food - one freshly fried beignet at a time.
Bring Me Beignets is Stacey’s way of wrapping her culinary training, her family love, and her sense of joy into something sweet, warm, and just a little bit French. Whether you find her at a farmers market or follow her journey online, you’ll feel the care and craft in every batch.
